Disclaimer:

We are not responsible for any typographic or printing errors on brochures, price grids, or promotional materials. Images of food, travel destinations, or services are for reference only and may differ from actual experiences. We cannot be held liable for changes in product availability, services, or travel conditions that are beyond our control (e.g., weather, road conditions, etc.).

Changes to Itinerary:

We reserve the right to make changes to your itinerary before and during your trip. We will notify you of any such changes, and we kindly ask for your cooperation in accepting any necessary modifications. Please note that additional terms and conditions may apply, including changes due to force majeure events, such as natural disasters, strikes, or political unrest. We are not liable for any delays or cancellations resulting from such events.

Online Booking Terms:

When you make an online booking, you confirm your acceptance of these terms and conditions. Although we provide a secure and reliable booking system, we do not guarantee the availability of services due to possible technical issues. If you wish to sign booking documents, please do so before your tour begins. If you are booking on behalf of others, you are responsible for ensuring that all parties involved accept these terms.

Liabilities and Limitations:

We are not liable for any changes, delays, or cancellations due to events outside our control, such as weather, transport breakdowns, or acts of nature. We also do not offer travel insurance. It is recommended that clients purchase travel insurance to cover accidents, illness, or lost luggage. All travel and personal property are at the client’s own risk.

Terms & Conditions

1. General Terms

By booking services on our website, you agree to adhere to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before making any bookings. Holidays Yatra reserves the right to update these terms at any time without prior notice.

2. Service Booking

When you book a helicopter ride or any other services, it is assumed that you have read and agreed to our terms. All bookings must be confirmed with payment. Any cancellations or modifications to your booking must be made within the specified time limits (as mentioned in the refund policy).

3. Payment

All payments must be made via our available online payment methods. The total price of the services includes taxes and charges unless otherwise mentioned. Payments are processed securely, and we do not store your payment information.

4. Responsibility

Holidays Yatra is not liable for any loss, injury, or damage during the travel period or related activities. We strive to ensure a safe and comfortable experience but cannot be held responsible for any events beyond our control (e.g., weather conditions, flight delays, etc.).

5. Modification or Cancellation

Any modifications to bookings (e.g., changing the date or service) should be made at least 48 hours before the scheduled departure. Any cancellations made outside of the stated window may incur cancellation fees. For more details, please refer to the Refund Policy section.

6. Force Majeure

In case of unforeseen events such as natural disasters, strikes, or government restrictions, we reserve the right to modify or cancel bookings. In such cases, we will inform you at the earliest and offer an alternative or refund.

Refund Policy

1. Refund Eligibility

Refund requests will be considered only under the following conditions: - If the service is canceled by the company due to reasons like weather conditions, flight cancellations, or other unforeseen circumstances. - If the cancellation request is made within the allowable period (48 hours before the scheduled departure).

2. Refund Process

Refunds will be processed within 7-10 working days after the approval of your request. The amount will be refunded to the original payment method used during booking. Please note that processing fees or taxes (if applicable) may be deducted from the refundable amount.

3. Non-refundable Cases

The following circumstances are considered non-refundable: - If the cancellation request is made after the allowable period. - If the passenger misses the scheduled flight for any reason. - In case of any issues related to personal health or safety once the service has been provided.

4. Rescheduling

If you wish to reschedule your service, you may do so based on availability and at least 48 hours before the scheduled departure. Rescheduling may be subject to a rescheduling fee.

5. Refund for Delayed Services

In the event of delays beyond our control, such as weather or mechanical issues, we will offer alternative services or partial refunds. Any delay-related claims should be submitted within 7 days after the service was completed.
